Commerce365 is an AI agent platform built for Dutch mid-market Shopify brands. It ships with specialized agents — Full-Stack Audit, Auto Translations, Product Enrichment — that connect to your commerce stack via OAuth, find the high-leverage problems, and propose fixes through an approval workflow.
What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Agency?
Starter (€199/mo) includes one Shopify store and three agents — perfect for a single brand getting started. Growth (€499/mo) unlocks up to three stores, ten agents, full integrations, PDF exports, and priority support. Agency (€999/mo) is built for teams managing unlimited Shopify stores with white-label options, team management, and dedicated support. All prices exclude VAT.
Do I need technical skills to set up agents?
Not at all. Connect your Shopify store via OAuth, pick an agent — Full-Stack Audit, Auto Translations, or Product Enrichment — and the agent configures itself using your existing store schema. Most brands see their first briefing within an hour.
Is my store data secure?
Yes. All data is stored in Supabase in the EU region, encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are held in Supabase Vault. Row-level security isolates every organization's data. All Shopify GDPR webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are implemented and HMAC-verified. Full details are in our privacy policy.
Which platforms does Commerce365 connect to?
Commerce365 connects via OAuth to eight platforms: Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, BigQuery, and Google Sheets. Every integration is scoped to the minimum data the agents actually use.
Do agents take actions without my approval?
Never. Every write action — product updates, campaign changes, translation writes, content enrichment — is proposed by an agent as a specific, auditable action and requires your explicit human approval in the in-app workflow before it executes. You can revoke approval at any time, review the full audit log, or disable write tools globally.
Do you offer a free trial? What happens if I cancel?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You can test the agents on your live Shopify store and cancel anytime. If you cancel, your data is deleted within 30 days in line with Shopify GDPR requirements. OAuth tokens are revoked immediately.
